As expected for a Dalmatian costume to match my toddlers firefighter costume. Adjustable 3 sizes. Wasn’t itchy or too tight or loose. Served its purpose.

Cute lil collar almost to small for my neck but that’s my fault for not measuring. If ur necks bigger than 15” you’ll need to find something else I barely made it by with my chunky self.
