Has improved my dry eyes, easy to swallow
Me ophthalmologist suggested i start taking this for dry eyes. I have noticed a dramatic change in my eyesight since i started take this. Flax seed oil has many more benefits to list, but i love the changes in how i feel. The pills are a bit big but if you don’t have issues swallowing then this won’t be an issue. There is no taste or after taste. Highly recommend. Lastly the bottle is about 3 times bigger then I expected.

The quality is good, but I took off one star for the size of the gel caps. They are large and although smooth, not so easy to swallow. It would be 5 stars of they were a little smaller.

The media could not be loaded. Quickly Flax Seed is taken every morning with a sip of coffee and I've been using about 1 yr now. Pleased and continue to purchase. This company has top quality products at affordable prices this is just only one of their products I use
