Yes, it is suitable for both indoors and outdoors. I've took it to play outdoors many times.It's not so dust-absorbing like other balls i bought. I have used it for a while, actually the quality is good and good value for money.

It says in the ball inflate to 7-9 psi. We inflated to 9 and it works great
