Great fit, quick install, slight modification needed
A truck backed into me while I was parked and cracked my original grill of my Ram 3500. This was a fairly inexpensive fix and looks a lot better than OEM. I did have to drill (2) 1/4” holes to allow for the radiator cover to click into the new grill. Overall took 20-30 minutes and I think it looks great. Tools needed; fastener removal tool, 10mm socket, drill, and 1/4” bit. I did not connect the running lights for now. Images attached showing the install process and holes that needed to be drilled.

Perfect fit
Installed on 2013 Ram 3500. Install of the grill took less than 15 minutes. Wiring to switch I already had due to plow lights. All lights worked. Downside if there is one. One bracket was broken, but it’s plastic just like OEM. Three brackets plus the two anchor friction points on the base and it’s just a solid as an original.

Great Looking Grille - Straight Forward installation - Unique enough that I haven't seen another
I am very happy with this purchase. Others have mentioned that it isn't as heavy duty as the OEM Original. It is much lighter and attaches at the top four bolt down points and also two snap in points on the bottom. It is a good fit and feels nice and strong, once it is installed. I have no issue's with the quality or heft of the plastic.Unfortunately one of the clips to one of the marker lights was not crimped on properly and stopped working about 48 hours after the installation. I noticed in a parking lot and easily spliced the wires and overcame this issue right there on the spot. I didn't drive around with one of the lights out. The review lost a star because of it, but I am very satisfied and I don't mind splicing into an aftermarket wire. It didn't require splicing into the factory wiring.
