I selected this as a base for rebuilding my home tiki bar and couldn't be happier. It's very well-made, the stain is lovely, and has a nice look all by itself which can easily fit into or be slightly modified to match perfectly with several types of décor. The color goes really well with the dark yakisugi/shou sugi ban accents I created for my old bar. It arrived very well packaged, almost overpackaged, which was appreciated. Assembly was a breeze, pilot holes were properly aligned, the screws fit perfectly, and the mortises and joints between sections are nice and flush. Breaking down the shipping packaging may have taken me more time than assembling the bar itself.The price is downright fantastic! Especially with current lumber prices, this was a far wiser choice than my initial plan to rebuild my home bar from scratch. Along with the great price, the bar's features (especially for a smaller bar) make this the best small/medium bar kit I could find. It's a great bar height, perfect for my bar stools or for standing and leaning on the bar. The bar top is deep enough to work and serve drinks. Two solid and nicely braced shelves provide ample storage space so I can keep my bartop clear. And the bottle holder that mounts to the base is genius.The only negative I have is that there are indentations on the bar top - three circles directly in the middle of all four sides of the bar top (see the attached photo). I assume these are artifacts of the manufacturing, storage, or shipping process. They're easy enough for me to deal with, but it's something that the manufacturer and buyers should be aware of. I'd be interested to hear if other buyers had the same issue.Another thing to note for potential buyers: the product 360 degree view indicates a flat, solid bar top, but mine arrived with a slatted bar top which is what I expected based on a recent buyer's review photos. I happened to like the slatted bar top for my purposes, but again this is just something to be aware of if that's a showstopper for you.Also very nice to get a solid, affordable piece of furniture not made in China! Kudos to the company for a very nice product.

I received this as a gift from my wife. I'll be honest, she is the one who assembled it for me. I love the color, the sturdiness, and the functionality of it.

Purchased the Christopher Knight Acacia Wood Bar. Very pleased with purchase. Exactly what I was looking for. Excellent construction, very easy to put together. Highly recommend this product. If you take proper care, it should last last you for a long time. Also purchased the matching bar stools which I received on Saturday.In addition it had an excellent price for the complete set.

I ordered the first one and it was terribly damaged. I was surprised that Amazon not only allowed me to return it for a replacement, but had UPS come pick it up at my house! The next day I received a new one in perfect condition. Easy to assemble and looks great. Very happy with this product.

I love this bar!! This bar fits perfectly on my deck & gives me lots of storage space. I put it together by myself, not bad for a 60+ y/o woman, & had no problems. I did have to have help carrying it outside, it is a little heavy. It looks great, has plenty of storage space, its sturdy, and makes my deck the neighborhood party deck.
