Very good shredder, as advertised.
Works very well, cuts quite a few pieces of paper at one time. It can overheat if you let too many items stack up, but it cools off quickly. Mine has not jammed so far.

Great Product Easy to use and always works
AS usual the speed of filling this order was incredibly quick. Just started to use the shredder and it seems superior in operation to the shredder it replaced at the time that shredder had just been purchased (new v New).

Update: a year later and it no longer works.Shredder works great! You can tell itโs a well made shredder and it handles a significant amount of paper. Even credit cards. It was great to shred that credit card!

Caution when you shred.
Works well even standard envelopes are easy shredded without a problem. But, I canโt shred Amazon type labels or anything with glue type backing even when covered with regular paper. Plastic labels tend to gums up & get stuck as well..

Shredder was good.... company.... not so much
This company has done everything they can not to replace a broken one. I have had it replaced once and now they are trying to make me jump through hoops to get a replacement now that this one is no longer working. Refusing to answer emails, attempting to require me to download software to attempt to get it replaced when that was not required previously. Just hope you never have to have it replaced via warranty.UPDATE: The company did replace the shredder after seeing the review. I am updating from a 1 to a 3. If further warranty needed, if they are prompt, maybe another star could be added. The time it took and only due to bad review, is not how it should be.
