Sound quality and the fitting is more comfortable.

Perfect
Perfect fit around the ear, also with the default ear silicones. Sound is excellent out of the box I did not find a need to use the app. Long life batteries.

Very bad product
The right earbud stopped working and it's just been over a month, I have charged it only once till now and use it only for running. The charging pins for the earbud got fried. I bought this earbuds checking out positive reviews but it's sad that I have to post this cause of my experience.

Left earbud stopped working in 2 weeks
I was working amazing for few days and suddenly while using it the left earbud stopped working. I tried all troubleshooting steps suggested online but nothing worked.

I was enjoying the head earbuds and I felt like it's the best until I come to know it's not 100% secure fit in my ear which is not that of a big deal . but what I keep refusing to accept is that one of the earbuds became totally dead and the tricks that provided by JLab didn't helped at all .

These were good but I have to give a low rating as the ear rubber seems to loose it's shape after a few months, so the headphones don't turn off properly and stay connect to phone and no other way to turn off. You'll see mention of factory resetting etc, bit this is a physical issue of them not seating properly in charger, or becoming unseated after awhile and reconnecting. Pity as they were good ear-phones with a good battery life

Très satisfait du produit. Je les utilise pour rouler en moto avec mon GPS. ça fonctionne correctement. Facile à mettre en marche, tient bien autour des oreilles.
