Nice for the price for sure

No problems at all. Bought this in December of 2022 and just put it together April of 2023. Only took about 8 hours without following any instructions. It was fun like putting a puzzle together. Very Simple , took my time.I had noticed that one reviewer mentioned that some of the holes did not line up so he / she re drilled the holes. DO NOT DO THIS! The holes may seem out of alignment but they are not. It just takes some effort and patience to place these screws but you will find that it strengthens the whole structure of the rear and front fenders.Anyway for me it is a great machine. Once put together it started up no problem. Hint: When first starting any new motor do not put any gas in so it will not start. Turn over and crank the motor 20- to even 50 times but not all at once maybe 10 cycles each time so not to burn the starter out. Pause one minute between each cycle. You need to remember this is a brand new motor and has been sitting after manufactured for some time so by cycling the motor you get the oil to move and lubricate all the bearings , connecting rods and help seat the piston rings. After cycling add your gas and let run at as low as R.P.M. Possible without stalling to break in the motor for 15 to 20 minutes. Then Take it for a ride around for 3-4 hours at low R.P.M. As you are learning to get used to this you are also breaking in the motor plus all the movable parts as like wheel bearings, Transmission, Ball joints etc. These all need to be broken in too.You shouldn't need a new Carb. Breaking in the motor and all is the most important. I rode this all around today and it is a lot of fun. You will have fun too if you know what you are doing. I don't work for this company. I have been a mechanical engineer for quite sometime, so I have plenty of experience.Lastly take your time and have the patience! And you will have some fun. Oh one more thing , the back plastic cargo bed. On mine started to vibrate and make a chatter noise at certain R.P.M's . If you have this problem as I ? I just loosened all the screws and cut and place foam pipe insulation around the steel frame and then re-tightened the screws and the noise was gone. One length of foam pipe insulation at a hardware store? Hmm? $1.00 lol and that was it. Good Luck with this. I say it is well worth it. Very well made.

A good deal - just know a few things to manage expectations

For the price - this 4 wheeler is pretty good - just note a few things - listed at the end of the review if you plan to purchase one yourself. This is my first crate / ship 4 wheeler purchase I have done, and overall the seller interaction and shipping speed were excellent. While UPS couldn't drive the truck down my mountain road very easily and I had to meet in a parking lot, the driver was professional and helpful in loading onto my trailer at a wally world parking lot 15 minutes from my house.Don't mind the list below of cons may seem large - its minor cons/notes one should consider when doing this.Pros:Bang for the buck in this category - cannot be beatReceived the first color i wanted!Aesthetically pleasingGood lightsSolid frameEasy Assembly*Decent muffler (not that loud)Drives and handles wellLove the sight glass window in the crankcase for easy visual of oil condition and levelDecent aftermarket parts availability and even some honda part compatibilityGreat vendor coms in my experienceFront and rear decks are more useful that just a metal frame rack like my honda has - easier to mount and carry things.Pulls me up a mountain on dirt grass leaves sticks u name it in 1st or 2nd but if its real steep it can bog down and stall so first gear is best > 20 degrees (I'm ~ 195lbs +/- 3)On flat hits over 35 mph - decent for a 200ccCons:Exhaust came semi loose - smoke spitting right out the side of the cylinder head (easy fix - tighten with socket wrench)Terrible exhaust pipe location run basically right over and in front of the oil fill cap/dipstick of the engineAccess hole in body for oil fill cap/dipstick is very small - so its near impossible not to spill adding oil - requires a long narrow flexible funnel such as: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0059HJTJC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Factory TZ26 carb does not allow the engine to breathe properly - takes some warm up time, and operates better after several hours of break in time. Also needs adjustment of idle. IO bought this to try out as a fix: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V1H6M37/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Crate squishing of tires causes issues getting beads set - go to full 24 psi in relatively warm atmospheric conditions when filling and hold against rim enough so it actually starts to fill - leave inflated to 24 a bit - then deflate to 12-15 psi - 10 psi + leak made me have a flat before i even got back first few days till tire shape corrected itself and i attempted to repair the valve stems - 2 of which were actually popping outValve stems are really bad and leaky - im probably going to replace or put in tubes and call it a day - always have to add air to 2 of the tiresOut of the box shifting is very tight - clutch is very tight - needs some break in - expect to stall a few times - novice riders need avoid for a whileRear track width (distance between tires) is kind of narrow relative to the seat height, so its somewhat unstable feeling when cornering than a 'name brand' 4 wheeler may feel - but some like this - others get spacers added to increase track - its fine so far and i'm on a mountain - makes wife a little uneasy as a novice riderPlastic rack covers are subject to rattle so works best if you can put some foam rubber insulation to isolate vibration between the plastic deck and the steel frame under it.Shipping crate came damaged, one of the rear axle frame brackets was broken so axle thread was resting on bottom of crate frame causing minor scuffsBrakes require adjustment - kinda weak out of the box - easy fix. Some issue with the kill switch/key switch - sometimes have to play with to get the ignition powered - made wife not able to start it a couple times - I had no trouble after off/onShipping cost is high - but that's not on the vendor, and it did arrive early - also still best bang for the buck even with shipping cost. I just don't like paying that much to ship anything. If you stall on a narrow trail uphill - good luck getting going again - be careful trying to turn around given the narrow rear track. Stay in 1st or 2nd if steep, be ready to downshift if you start bogging down. Why is it called a 250 instead of a 200??? odd marketing tacticRegardless of all the above this was a great purchase and vendor experience, just be sure to take note that you may need to do some extra work and buy some things to work on these atv's.
