I love this bread. I can't find it in my local stores so I'm happy I can order it via Amazon. It's my favorite bread for any sort of nut butter and jelly or jam sandwiches. It's also smazing for BLTs (yum). It has an amazingly long shelf life. I hate having to freeze bread or store it in the fridge, I've always detested bread that'sbeen in a fridge or freezer. This bread stays fresh in my pantry for so much longer than any other bread that I think it's a rather economical buy despite how pricey it seems because I'm not having to toss out bread that's moldy or stale like I had to with other types of bread that sre less expensive. This bread is very hearty and filling without being super dense. I love it. It arrives very nicely boxed and every order I have received has been nice and fresh. Thus far I'm a big fan!

This bakery truly cares about & takes pride in its products. I bake A LOT of bread, but sometimes you just want to toast up a pre-sliced piece of healthfulness; this product totally satisfies that craving. It’s exactly as described, delicious toasted & slathered with whatever you choose…& bonus points for how carefully & lovingly it’s packaged! I store it in the freezer, placing two slices in individual baggies, all inside the bread sleeve; easy-peasy portioning! I usually find this bread at Whole Foods; how great to find it as a two-pack on Amazon, shipped quickly from the bakery & packaged perfectly. I definitely will re-order!

I really like that this bread has only 5 mg. of sodium. However, it tastes too sweet for me, and that is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Upon first spotting this bread at my local health food store, I was tempted to try it, yet skeptical that it would be tasty, given my past experience with "no salt added" loaves. Until recently, the only low sodium bread that I had found really delicious were the "no salt added" pitettes made by Toufayan. But ever in search of a true low-to-no sodium sliced bread that genuinely tasted good, I decided to give Angelica Bakehouse's rendition a whirl...and I wound up very glad that I did. It's a hearty bread with more than enough natural flavor to compensate for the absence of salt. As a result, I now have TWO no salt added breads from which to choose. If I were to make any suggestions for improvement with Angelic Bakehouse's offering, it would be to make it with entirely organic ingredients — which no doubt would raise the price, but to me at least, would be worth it. However, even without going the organic route, i will stick with this bread as long as it's made.

I like the taste, texture etc for this product but for the order to take almost a week to arrive is unacceptable. Let’s face it, bread is best when it’s freshly baked. For this reason, I will probably not reorder unless this issue is resolved. I need to keep my sodium level low so most bread doesn’t work for me.

Great bread for those watching their salt intake. Unfortunately, Angelic Bakehouse closed their doors March 2024. I found some later, but will have to find another source of low sodium bread.

I ordered this item because I had to go on a no iodine diet for several week to prepare for radiation oncology treatments. Since most salt is iodized, I can only eat processed foods without salt, as well as other certain ingredients. When I ordered this bread the ad said I could get it in two day. When ordered it, I was informed it would be nearly a week before it arrived. I immediatedly requested cancellation, within minutes. That was ignored. When the bread ( at $10.00 a loaf) arrived, it was stale and mealy. I threw it out. It was like throwing $20.00 in the trash. Here is the bizzare thing. Although there was no expiration date visible on the bags, the bread came with a card explaining I should ignore any expiration dates and eat the bread as long as there is no visible mold. WTF?
