We purchased this product to enclose our jacuzzi and swim spa so we could use them year round in Las Vegas. This works well for that purpose. Blocks the wind and holds in the heat.Since we planned to leave it up, we used 30 inch rebar loop stakes to tie it down. Worked beautifully in winds over 40 mph. We neglected to open the panels to allow the wind to move through the tent, and had a few of the pipes bend. I contacted customer service and was able to buy replacement pipes at a very reasonable price. (we knew that damage from winds that high wasn't covered by their excellent warranty.) Delivery time was less than a week.I highly recommend this company.

Tent broke down while assembly and when I contacted the company they offered me a $15 refund for a tent that they sold to me for almost $750 and saying no refund

Patio cover for entertaining

I purchased this tent for my 50th birthday party I returned it due to the damage of the box and i was afraid to put it up. I received a refund but I had to pay to return it $120.

We bought this tent 1 month before thanksgiving. Took about 4 hours to completely finish. Our party was perfect. No issues. We’re keeping this up through NewYear. Strung Dimmable market lights and Fairy lights. We’ve had a rainstorm and everything is amazing. Took end panels off during the storm so the wind is less harsh on the side walls. Placed this on a concrete patio and made custom tie downs on concrete. Made sandbags to hold the end walls firm in place. No issues with roof leaking. Customer service is amazing. We were missing 1 tote. It was shipped within 3 days.If anything maybe the end wall could have 2 zippers on each end instead of 1 center one.Thank you
