Is this OK to use over acrylic

will work over acrylic paint, excellent product for weathering and highlighting. cheers

What is the shelf life on these? do the kits dry up and become unusable? How soon?

Since they are a powder, I would assume you take the shelf life of make up like blush or eye shadow.Have had mine for about a year and a half, still works as well as they did day 1.

Do you have this items on stock right now?

Doubt it, said it was one month out when purchased and its been almpst 2 months

so... is this good for making a gundam look like it's seen hell and been left in a junk yard?

Yes, I have used this extensively on Military Armor scale models with great success.
