Very good product

Took several months to eliminate the Plantar pain but these seemed to help. Also used heat and ice as well as a tennis ball and stretching during this time.

I tried these insoles while playing basketball and noticed they really helped relieve my ankle pain — which was a big plus. However, after playing for a few hours, I started to feel discomfort in my knees that lingered even after the game and kept me up at night.They may work better for people with different needs or foot structure, but for me, the trade-off wasn’t worth it. I’m giving 3 stars because they did help in some areas, just not overall.

These work like a charm. No more heel pain walking and allows me to keep wearing some expensive shoes rather than throwing them out. Awesome product.
