What is the size and pitch of the thread on these nozzles? I'm looking for an M6 x 1.0 thread.

Not sure on pitch but they are 6mm

I don't know if they will as I don't know the printer you have . However, I do know if you have a 6mm nozzle (or 6mm on treads) then yes it should but could have less threads as some are longer(not in this kit all the same size also have to note that my other ones had bigger nozzle head) ( see video)
