This was a “Eureka” moment for me with my EGO trimmer (bought second hand). I had been using a good quality .065” string but it had/has been breaking off often and not very sturdy for hardy weeds. I did some research and found that .095” was OEM and preferred, the Amazon suggested line/s suggested a twisted version. This trimmer line works fantastically, I was able to attack a really massive pile of weeds without breaking off once. I was also able to work a line along a fence that had been too thick for my previously used line, I was amazed at how much better this line cut through the roughest of plants/weeds. It made what would have been an arduous task seem easy, the quality and value for the money paid out in this first try.

I trim a lot of edges that are against the road or side walk. These seem to last a lot longer than other products I have used. Recommend.

Quite Good Line. This line seems to be less brittle compared to others I have purchase in the past ! Bought a new ego whacker loaded it with this line each 14-15 " loading last me about 6 weeks of whacking my small yard with 4 sided of fence and a deck !! Some of the better line I have purchased base on malleability and durability !

I have used every line known to man and i was tired of rolling new line TWICE! 1 for the backyard and 1 for the front yard. I'm usually left with and inch of line to finish the side yards but i make it work to not change it a 3rd time until its time to do all yards again.....sweaty, pain in the A$$!!!I said screw it...lets try another brand - another line and low and behold....this line after soaking it in water for a few hours came out straight from being rolled up in its packaging. This was easy to roll up!I only had to advance my line twice for all yards and even hitting chain link fence to get the crawling weeds. This is by far the best line I have ever used. I'm sure there's others that are more expensive but I am very very very pleased with this line and will now make it a standnard product in my lawn care toolbox!Great product!!!

Strong stuff!

Calling it “professional” may be an exaggeration. For grass verges or other very light vegetation, this stuff is outstanding. It cuts blades of grass like a razor, BUT as soon as it touches anything tougher, it evaporates. Tiny sapling stems the diameter of an uncooked spaghetti noodle destroyed it. My previous high quality line would actually bounce off of hard objects (brick, concrete, various poles, shrub branches) and cut for a bit before needing to be advanced. With this I had to advance the line at least twice as often, even on green weed stems or patches of heavier grass. Also had a nasty tendency to break off at the trimmer head. I’m going to buy some of the previous brand and give this to someone.

I couldn’t be happier with this stuff. I’ve only ever used inferior trimmer line, so I guess I can’t comment on the other major, premium brands. But I bought this to go with my Ego trimmer, which is an absolute beast. The line that came with the trimmer looked pretty good, but I went through that pretty quickly. I use this Oregon trimmer line over the course of an afternoon using up a full 10ah battery on our property. I barely had to advance this line but a few times. And I was tackling very high brush that I thought I was gonna have to go get my brush cutter to take care of. I couldn’t believe how well it mowed it down and how little amount of line broke. I just couldn’t be happier with it. The fact that I wrote myself a note to take the time to review this should tell you how happy I am with it.

Great, durable line which lasts a long time. It is very "springy" which can make it tricky to feed into the Oregon speed feed head, but that's a minor quibble in what might be the best line I've used yet. (Husqvarna Titanium Force says "hold my beer").

This stuff is really tuff. It hardly ever breaks and I am not gentle lol. I would absolutely recommend this product and I will definitely buy it again.

Excellent line. 5/5 wear resistance easy to install. I have tried many brands so far this one is the best I have used.
