Yummy and Crunchy
Great flavor. Not quite the crunch of regular chips, but very satisfying. Happy with all three flavor varieties. Definitely buying again.

Ridiculously tasty
I love these. Oh my goodness, they taste so good. Yes, they make crumbs. But, they are made with quality ingredients, including psyllium husk, which adds a decent amount of fiber. They're crispy, and oh-so tasty. I'm addicted, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great texture, crunch & flavor
I LOVE these chips and they have really helped me stay on low carb/keto diets. I love the texture, crunch & flavor. There are a few things Atkins needs to improve on these and that is why I only gave them a 4 rating. First of all the chips come with only one or maybe two whole chips and all the rest are crumbled to a large degree. I don't think this is a Amazon issue but is due to Atkins putting too many chip bags in too flimsy of a box. Also it looks like some chip bags were jammed into the Atkins box. Several of the bags had lost their puffy air in the bag (I think due to jamming the chips in the box) and I found those bags tasted a little stale. I have bought these same chips at my grocery store and they had more whole chips due to being packed in smaller boxes with plenty of room. Another issue is that the ones sent by Amazon were expiring in about a month (but ones I can buy in the grocery store have many months shelf life left.) That is an Amazon issue and I think they need to provide more "fresh" product with a longer remaining shelf life. I can taste the difference in "freshness". The last issue I have is the too high price. Also I would like to make one comment about others saying they are too salty. I agree but only if you are NOT on a low carb or keto diet. On those diets you need to increase your salt intake due to the strong diuretic effect of those diets and these chips substantially help you do this. Due to the higher salt and fat...I would not recommend these chips as a regular snack to those not on low carb/keto diets. My final comment is that I love that they they have some good fiber in them also, as many of us need more fiber in our diets. Due to the above in the future I will only buy these chips from Amazon (due to crumbling etc.) when I can't get them at my grocery store.

A little Pricey but Worth it for my Diabetic food plan.
I really like these Atkins Nacho Cheese Protein Chips. I am diabetic and watch my carb intake count.I can have these with a sandwich or as a snack. Low carb, good flavor. Great for everyone. They are crunchy. Not like your regular nacho cheese chips, but taste good and are light in texture. And yes, they have protein in them as well. You cannot get that from regular nacho cheese chips. Eat better, buy these. I put mine on a subscription order so they will come every two weeks.

Very umami
These are better than all the low carb chip options on the market EXCEPT for the brand that starts with Q.They are crisp but not quite as crunchy as Q.Flavor is good, but the finish or aftertaste seems more umami and less...sour....than the Q brand and the taste which I normally associate with nacho cheese flavoring.Like all protein rich products, they do cling to teeth a little, but not too much, and not if you eat one chip at a time with a beverage. If you aren't used to a low carb lifestyle, and haven't lived with no chips at all for a few months or years, or tried flax crackers first, you might have issues. If your life is being threatened by diabetes, or other serious health issues, and you are trying to cut sugar out of your life, these will help with cravings for the chips you cannot eat because they may as well be poison to you. (This is how I think of it for myself, anyway). If you are looking for a way to overeat chips without feeling guilty, these are not going to work. They are costly and it will be more protein and fiber than you want at once. You will just be all mad at yourself and possibly ill. That said, It continues to be a challenge for anyone to ship these without some breakage. I am okay with some being broken. They aren't really strong enough to hold up to thick dip anyway. Shipping in bigger boxes with dividers like glass ornaments might work, but would jack the cost up. No one wants that. When we eat, we stop really appreciating taste after about ten bites. The bags are enough to satisfy a craving and also give a boost of protein to carry one until a meal. Which is the same as I would say for Q. I have not tried any flavor other than this one, nacho cheese, so please don't judge all Atkins protein chips flavors by this review.Best wishes to everyone trying and buying!

A new favorite, nacho cheese
Don't get me wrong, these do not taste like doritos at all, but they are a good nacho cheese flavor. I've eaten these with sandwiches and I've also used them to make nachos with. They have a nice soft crunch, they're not super hard, and I enjoy the nacho flavor. For 13g of protein, they also make a nice snack. These are on autoship for me and my house loves them.

Fill that need for crunchy/salty and adds protein!
They are tasty and definitely help my crunchy/salty cravings with some extra protein - lots of stars there; they lose a star because literally half the bag is crumbs! They are very light and delicate so you get about two full chips the rest is either partial chips or crumbs. Doesn't stop me because I like the taste so much but I would prefer not to pour my chips into my mouth. Would give five stars if not for this issue.
