I measured accurately and filled in the info for each blind. They came well packaged and fit perfectly. Easy to install (about 15 min each). Very happy with the purchase. Their customer support is excellent also.

These folks are truly one of the few companies left that offer real customer service. Firstly, their phone service offers as the first choice, an opportunity to speak to a representative, not wander through robotic questions for an hour. Secondly, i made a mistake on my order and knowing these are custom made, took a chance. I called them and they were very kind and immediately offered to help. I mistakenly read the width 2 inches longer than necessary, I already had two other sets installed inside the window for a bay window in my kitchen and was really upset that I had messed it up. They took it back, fixed and sent it back in 3 days. Only charged for shipping! My bay windows look amazing. Fantastic product, fantastic service!

I would like to give these blinds five stars because of their nice quality, easy installation, and the company’s great customer service. But they put the wand on the wrong side. I ordered them with wands on the right side, but the ones I received have wands on the left side, which is by the doorknob, so they swing wide when the door is opened and closed. I didn’t think it would matter, but It’s actually very annoying.

Product arrived safely wrapped. They fit perfectly based on suggestions of how to measure on line, and were easy to install (a screw gun definitely needed)

This custom blind is absolutely perfect in every way. We measured twice to be sure we had it exactly right and it fits like a glove. It's a very high quality blind that will last for several generations. Well worth the investment and it really warmed up our kitchen!

Followed the process to place the order as described in the purchasing process related to size and other features. The blinds were shipped and received quickly. The fit, finish and color were just as I expected. These are excellent quality blinds but they are a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for!!
