Easy to clean and there is no coating to flake off!

These grilling baskets are a real game changer for us. We usually just use our little grill for burgers, chicken, salmon, or the occasional kebab and while we use the grill often, it's been pretty limited as a cooking tool for us. This is one of those tiny little Weber grills, so we don't have a lot of space (it's probably 25 years old and my husband is weirdly attached to it). I ordered these baskets mainly to help diversify our fish options, but they have opened up all kinds of possibilities for vegetables and seafood. I've included pics of our dinner last night, which was grilled in the square basket. To give you an idea of the volume, there is 1 lb. each of shrimp and scallops, 1 red bell pepper, 1 small onion, 1 medium zucchini, and 2 corn cobs cut into 3rds (plus seasoning and a little olive oil). The second picture shows a little shrinkage after cooking (it made 2 perfectly sized portions). The ingredients were moved around with tongs a couple times during grilling to ensure everything got a little time at the bottom, but mostly everything sat under the grill lid and cooked for just under a half hour. It was delicious! The basket had some residue on it, which soaked in soapy water while we ate and came clean with a dish brush. There is some discoloration to the basket, which is to be expected since it was sitting on a hot grill.The baskets are all made of a nice gauge steel that is sturdy and built to last with robust rivets holding the handles in place. The different sizes and shapes offer nice variety for different food options. Next up is the flat rectangle, which is going to hold some salmon with a peanut sauce. If you want to change up your grilling game and get more from your grill than burgers and hot dogs, snap up these baskets. They are game changers!

Very nice set. A bit on the smaller side but they make up for it in quality. Solid metal, they don't bend or twist with heat. Nice perforations enough to allow smoke and flavor through but still contain food. Great for in the smoker. I use them to smoke sides and veggies when smoking. Good depth to load a good amount in.

If you want to make things like veggies, shrimp, etc on the grill, this is the set of accessories that you need! You get 3 items - one round wok style pan, one deeper square pan, and one flat tray style pan.Here are some things I love about this set:1. Everything is stainless, so it's all easy to clean and sturdy.2. The cookware is well made and holds up well to high heat...no warping or bending.3. It's dishwasher friendly!4. Makes grill cleanup SO MUCH EASIER! No need for copious amounts of tin foil etc to make your smaller items.5. The surface of each of these is perforated, so you get good ventilation and heat gets in well so things cook evenly.6. They are a good size to fit on the grill comfortably without taking up the entire space.Overall, one of this products greatest strengths is definitely solving the problem of making small items on the grill without them falling in, in one convenient 3 piece set. That alone makes them worth buying, but they are great quality and a great price too, so I highly recommend this set!

These are nice stainless steel pan-like grill toppers. I use them for grilling vegetables, primarily, and will use the flat piece for fish.I admit that when I first saw them I was a bit surprised that they were smaller than expected. I've used a large grilling basket for years, and expected the same. BUT it's an improvement.First, they nest, so it makes for a smaller storage footprint (I store them in my grill cabinet).Second, having two is very practical. I usually do a variety of vegetables, and things like onions, roots, or brussels sprouts take longer than things like peppers and mushrooms. When I had one large pan, I'd put the longer stuff in first for a while, then add the quick stuff. But using separate pans is better - if the first group needs a little longer, just put them back. Seems obvious, but I never thought of it. I always got the biggest pan I could. This is way better.Anyway, they're easy to clean too. Have had good luck with this brand.Really happy with them.

I was disappointed with these pieces. The largest piece is almost too small for what I intended. The other two pieces are of no use to me.

I recently got the Cuisinart pizza oven that's also a grill and a griddle. This set seemed like a great idea to go with it.The bigger, flat pan is really good for fish. I use the others mainly for different kinds of veggies. Really anything that could fall apart or has little pieces that you don't want falling into the grill.Works great.One tip is to spray them down with avocado oil before you put food in them. Avocado oil has a high smoke point and it will make your clean-up easier when you're done.Hope this was helpful.

I use this to bake in my oven. Good quality and easy to clean.

Some machining marks and minor dents but a good set of stainless steel BBQ accessories.Not a perfect product but of acceptable quality.
