Finally got chance to put the rod to the test. It managed a ten pound Tuna and a few Mahi Mahi seemlessly.

I bought this rod for airline travel. It comes in 2 parts, so it is small enough to avoid paying “over size” charges, but is still very strong. It worked great, can handle the big fish and heavy (50lb) line, no problem. I will buy another for my wife.
