I love my laptop. I purchased it for school, and I must say that it was a great purchase. It has good battery life, light weight, and good quality.

I bought this laptop almost two years ago and It works perfectly, still fast, not laggy at all, light weight, the touchscreen works perfectly, if I have one complaint it would be the battery life, you run out of battery after 3-4 hours, you have to always plug it. highly recommend this laptop

My first laptop! A great product and very easy to use!

This is my 2nd laptop of this make/model, my cat having decided to test how well the first one would withstand being shoved off of a desktop onto a hard floor (it did not fare well). Great battery life, good screen/keyboard, decent speakers, but the camera is 2nd rate. I'm able to edit video on it, surf the web, stream stuff, and do all of my Microsoft Office stuff without any difficulty.

If I could give this no stars I would. This might very well have been a reconditioned machine the screen of which began to malfunction within weeks of my receiving it. Even though it was indicated that a warranty was part of the purchase it turns out it was an out of warranty machine that had been manufactured over a year prior to my purchase. I was able to get a refund but I really had a push for it. In reality this machine should never have been sold as though it were new.

There was a problem with the laptop and I had absolutely no issues returning it for a full refund.

I absolutely love my laptop! It has a number side panel which is fine for me as I work with numbers on my laptop a good bit. Everything works great on my laptop, its an easy set up. All my information was transferred very smoothly. It is a larger laptop than I was used to but it still fits in all my bags, just needed a new sleeve for it.Buy the laptop!
