Sturdy, well made, solid hardwood speaker shelves
I read a bunch of the reviews and an really quetioning the judgement of others. I saw a couple of people claiming the shelf was "bending". If you mout this is thin drywall, it's going to eventually fail. Find a stud. The supplied brackets are 2mm (1/16'") sturdy, reinforced steel. Properly affixed to a surface, neither they or the shleves are going anywhere. As for the shelves themselves - they are solid hardwood. No MDF anywhere. These are sturdy, well made shelves ideally suited for smaller rear or center-high (Atmos) peakers. Very nice!

Poor Design
The screws to secure the shelf to the bracket are too large, if you try and tighten then they just split through the surface of the week. Fortunately I had some small wood screws
