These Tegaderm dressings work very well and are very reliable. They stick nicely to the skin and stay in place without lifting too easily, even with normal movement. I like that they are clear, so you can still see the area underneath without removing it. It also makes it easier to keep an eye on things while keeping it protected. They are thin and flexible, so they feel comfortable and not bulky. At the same time, they do a good job protecting the area from water and dirt. The box comes with many pieces, which is great if you use them often. Overall, a very dependable product that does exactly what you need.

I had minor skin surgery last year and received six stitches I had to keep covered for about a month, and then needed to keep the wound covered another 2-3 weeks after the stitches were removed. After only the first day of changing the dressing and bandage, it was clear that the skin area in question was extremely sensitive to adhesive - I developed an itchy, deep red rash with welts anywhere the bandage touched. Over about 2 1/2 weeks, I tried every type of bandage and tape I could find: sensitive skin bandages, gauze with cloth tape, paper tape, island dressings, etc. Every single one caused irritation. The rash was worse than the stitches themselves: I was extremely itchy and in pain whenever I had to wear the bandage, which was all the time. I finally tried Tegaderm at the recommendation of a surgical nurse. I cut a gauze pad to fit over the stitches but so it was slightly smaller than the Tegaderm patch. Then the Tegaderm went over the gauze and stuck to the skin around it. Switching to Tegaderm was life-changing. It did NOT irritate my skin. It felt extremely light: the first couple of days I used it, I kept checking to make sure it was still on because I didn't really feel it. And despite feeling barely-there, it STAYED on. Other bandages would peel up or shift when I was sleeping, but the Tegaderm never moved. It was absolutely perfect. The biggest issue with the Tegaderm is application: it's very sticky, thin, and flexible, and if you're applying it somewhere that you have a hard time reaching (like your back), you might need someone to help with application. Unlike a stiff band-aid, you can just flap it on with one hand - it will fold over on itself way too easily. It definitely requires two hands and full access to get situated correctly. But if you can get it applied it will stay applied, and it's worth the trouble if you have adhesive allergies like I do.

Excellent for keeping estradiol patches secure. Easy to apply, the window is convenient for accuracy, and it stays adhered all week (even on a high-friction location such as the pant line) while still allowing removal without pain. Does not cause irritation, and I forget it is even there. A friend borrowed one to cover a fresh tattoo, and she said it worked great.

This is a great product to protect patches from rubbing off or compromising from clothing. Waterproof to secure patches or wound dressings and perspiration from gym workouts-transparent dressing for great benefits!

Usually these are amazing. Once in a while they don’t stick right or have bubbles in them but overall good quality.

This 3M Tegaderm is PERFECT!!!!! I Need it to keep my medication pain patch in place. It also keeps my pain patch very dry while I shower. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

I use this to cover my CGM. Works great.

Ordered it after my toddler scrapped her knees almost to the bones. It helped the pain, it kept any infection away, she could shower with it, it was not painful taking it off or putting it on. It helped healing of the wounds, unlike regular band aid. Everyone in the family used it and it is really helpful. I read about this product online, where a nurse talked how beneficial it is for deep wounds. Worth every penny.
