Good product, I noticed that it does give me more mental clarity and and maybe a tad bit of energy but I’ve only been taking one a day before work so maybe I’ll try and take two and see if it gives me more energy. I know it says to take one a day, but I take two in the morning and it gives me so much clarity focus and energy to get my day going way better than coffee. I will be receiving a bottle a month. I have used many different brands but this one seems to do the job so much better.
