Good, but has issues.
First of all I will say that I love the durability, the fit and the look of this vest. The reason for my two star review is the design. If this seller understood who is wearing this vest they would know two things. The first is that the breast pocket over the heart is too small to fit a decent sized phone. This would be the logical pocket to keep a phone and the velcro just barely catches when you try and close the pocket to secure your phone. The second issue is that no pockets should be without a flap and Velcro. We are constantly bending over which means that things are constantly falling out of our pockets. At this price point, I just expect more from a vest.

Work on the pen pocket
I was very excited about this vest. It adds a little funky to a mundane workplace. Love the pockets I can put my hands in. There are plenty of pockets, including one on the inside.The biggest complaint is what made me choose 3 stars instead of 5 because it's that much of a biggie....the pen pocket!!! It is way too small, even in the taller opening and it causes your pens to push up and they fall all around, and out. Hopefully they are coming up with a solution because it's a shame for $30 I have to then worry about loosing my pens.

Not heavy duty! The quality is very much like what a company would provide a new-hire.
Very cool design. That’s about all there is to say that’s good. This “isn’t” heavy duty. This will not last even a year in a mining profession so I imagine the same goes for construction. I’m very disappointed in the quality. Seems like a very cheap vest.

stood out in the field on a very large industrial site due to the fact no one else had this design!
Rare design that is not available by other vendors which is a +! Multi pocket, good quality and draws attention. only washed it once so far so i will revisit this review for an update on quality and durability.

Terrible stitching
Stitching is horrible, 1 week of work 5 days zipper is coming off have not even washed yet.

Quite happy
Well made vest that looks great. Everyone loves the look, in fact I’ve ordered three more for coworkers.Another purchase for a co-worker and others asking where they can get one for themselves. Made in America and worth the extra cost.
