How long is the cable please?

The cable on mine is about 65cm (just over 2ft) from the pad to the controller, and about 145cm (just under 5ft) from the controller to the plug.

Hi help needed please even on the highest setting its luke warm at best. is this how its meant to be as i feel no relief

No it’s not, but then again it depends on what clothing you’re wearing when using it, I wear a thin T-shirt and I have the mat in front of a small cushion so it’s pushed into the small of my back so it make full contact and I only have to have the mat on heat level 2, I have a low pain threshold so 2 is perfect for me, I’ve only ever had it on higher heat settings if I’ve been wearing a thick bath robe, hope is helps you.

What is wattage of this item ? Somebody already asked this but whoever answered did not read or understand the question.
