I'm very pleased with this product and it's incorporated in my regular face care routine.I'll add a picture of my skin (no make up or filter). I'm 33 years old and had to deal with cystic acne due to hormonal imbalance.I want to add a disclaimer. I tried to heal the acne from the outside. But it didn't work. Yes, I was using awesome products and they helped heal breakouts and scarring, but it didn't stop the breakouts. As I knew, I was estrogen dominant, I added a supplement called DIM. It helps to metabolize the bad estrogens and it helped immediately. My skin improved in a few days - also with the help of my face care routine!My morning routine includes:-Tea Tree Face Wash You have to make sure to really rub it in (at least the recommended time, 30 seconds). I didn't read the instructions (well, it's just a face wash, right?), but when I did, it made completely sense. It contains salicylic acid and by rubbing it in, it's able to "dissolve" the blackheads. Since rubbing it in for a while, I see my blackheads disappear.-Witch Hazel Toner This is an awesome toner. The skin feels clean and fresh and not dried out at all after using it. It tones nicely and smells so good!-Vitamin C Serum A little goes a long way with this. The vitamin C helps to heal scarring, even out discolored skin and reduce wrinkles. I let it dry completely, before I put on my face cream.-Tea Tree Face Cream I love this lightweight cream. It doesn't feel greasy at all, it makes my skin feel smooth and helps to keep breakouts and blackheads at bay. It's the perfect daytime cream for acne prone skin.My evening routine:My evening routine is the same as my morning routine, but I replace the tea tree face cream for the-Complete Face Cream This cream is a bit heavier and might feel slightly greasy in the beginning. But I love it as a night cream. It is very healing and soothing, it feels as if it's repairing the skin overnight.- and I put this Eye Cream around my eyes. It's very greasy and I wouldn't use it for daytime use, but for nighttime it's perfect. In the morning I still can feel I put it on. This container will last a very long time, since you only need a tiny bit.I'm hoping to see my dark circles disappearing, but even if not, I'll continue to use the cream, since it's so moisturizing for the delicate skin around the eyes.About once a week I exfoliate with the Revive Exfoliant I gently rub it over my face and it feels so smooth, soft and moisturized afterwards!

I bought this for cystic acne from facial candida from long-term antibiotic use. The caprylic triglyceride, among other ingredients, is no doubt the reason this has worked so great for me, bc it kills the candida topically. Candida acne always has tiny dark (greenish?!) bumps that won't budge no matter what, like they're embedded in the skin; but guess what, after applying a thick layer of this product overnight, they came right off when I washed my face!But to back up, I used this product along with the era organics face wash for acne for four weeks and my cystic acne kept getting worse and more painful, but that's because I wasn't using it right!I would wash my face, let it sit for 30 sec, and then put on the moisturizer, gently rubbing it in until there were no more white streaks. The cysts all over my face were so painful that it hurt to rub the moisturizer in, and i was pretty disappointed that I wasn't getting results like other reviewers.Then I noticed that the face wash was 3/4 gone and the moisturizer was only half gone; and the lightbulb went off, maybe I'm not using enough moisturizer! So I started applying moisturizer generously so that there were still white streaks all over my face. On top of that, I used a cotton swab to completely cover each zit and cyst with the moisturizer, and then just left it, all night and all day (I work from home). Most of it absorbs into the skin, leaving just the extra on each blemish visible, as in pics.On day two of this routine, I was shocked that the biggest cyst was reduced in size by half... Was previously .5in diameter and stuck off face a quarter inch, no joke.Other things I did to help my face during these 4 days wasleave face wash on face longer before washing off, i.e., 1 min instead of 30 sec.cut out almost all sugar and alsoquit using toner that had alcohol...I switched to thayers brand toner which noticeably improved redness and inflammation from the acne overnight.Apply bentonite clay mask to cysts every other day (cyst busting mask secret is to mix bentonite clay with organic coconut oil, it really does reduce the cyst and calm it down).Wash face once a day, my skin is too sensitive for twice a day.Pics are from day 4 of this routine, I can't believe how nice my skin is in less than a wk. I used to have tiny itchy bumps e.v.e.r.w.h.e.r.e., and big honking cysts that were fire engine red... they're now on the way out, thanks to the generous application of this product! Also my whole chin area was like one big painful cyst, almost as red as my lips lol, and you can see in the pics it's practically normal.

This used to be so good until the company changed their formula. Now it is a very unpleasant smell and different consistency. Not a pleasant experience to use any more. Why change a good thing? Why ignore your loyal customers who relied on what used to be an incredible product. Now I’m off to search for a replacement product.Update: After leaving my review, the company reached out to me offering a refund. I’ve changed my star rating accordingly due to that good customer service. I do wish they would go back to their earlier formula.Update: Even though they changed the formula and the smell is not pleasant like it used to be, the new formula still works as well as the old formula.
