Very well made and the artwork is good. It comes from over seas so, takes a while to get here but, well worth the wait. Bought it as a father's day present for myself and to see how the art came out before I buy the whole family one. It was a pic of me and my son in the hospital and somehow someway the seller got the piece here before father's day like one day before. Amazing thank you

The Lazer picture doesn't look anything like the actual photo . I ve had theses made before by another company and they were beautiful ... this quality is horrible and would not recommend. This was a gift and I would never give this

I was afraid the details would be too fine to be engraved but they did it! I cannot recommend this company to make engraved necklaces. Pfft I may do it again

I was so excited to get this for my husband as a memorial for the Son he lost recently. After wearing it for two days, what seem to be ink smeared and is permanent so it’s now a very unattractive pendant. Reached out to the seller they suggested I clean it with toothpaste because they felt it was oxidated after two days of wearing. Cleaned with toothpaste absolutely no change. The seller is not willing to offer any other solutions. Don’t waste your money on this one..

the engraving was wonderful the charm was kind of smaller then I expected but they did a great job of getting the picture perfect. the only thing I don't like is when you get it the care instructions make you wonder if you should even be wearing it more like its just for looks its so delicate.
