These absolutely worked for me! I took these consistently for about a week and my stomach went right down. No discomfort, no gas, no cramps. They taste pretty good too. Good quality product. I would recommend.

Product works well

If you are 100% sure that all you have going on is water retention, this product may work for you. Unfortunately, I didn't have that issue and this is essentially just a diuretic. I did not realize that or I wouldn't have ordered it. I ended up even more bloated and extremely dehydrated. The first day I thought it was a fluke, or maybe something else, but after two days of headaches, dehydration cramps, decrease in stamina on my morning run, and constant, excessive thirst to replace the water I was losing I quit taking this and replaced it with additional probiotics and enzymes. I'm back to normal. I would not recommend this unless you are retaining a lot of water.

These work well—I’ve used them consistently for the past two years. Though I purchased prior only from CVS. Take two, and you’ll notice a flatter tummy. If you have a special event coming up or need to go down a smidge in size, this can help a bit. What I didn’t like is that there’s no expiration date listed—and there should be. My previous purchase had one from CVS did, and the color was slightly different. Same product and branding, but these may have looked a little older. They may have just changed the coloring, but it’s worth mentioning for safety reasons.

I’ve been taking these for months and they genuinely help with bloating and PMS symptoms. The new ones I just got have a different shape and texture. They taste more like apple cider vinegar but it’s good. Easier to chew on too. I prefer the color of the old one but it’s not a deal breaker. Also, cool new label, makes it easier to open. Update- the taste is very strong and sour after a few days. I have to chew quickly to get it over with. Please go back to older recipe or combine them somehow.

I don’t know if I ever noticed a huge difference but I definitely felt less bloated. I feel like these are definitely good for your money and they dont taste bad!
