Great for Beer Brewers, not great for Cider neophytes
This is really a Beer Brewers kit. I'm a total newbie to Cider and I found that all the instructions and information was for someone looking to brew beer. So this is a great kit for that, much less user-friendly for a cider maker. Even the yeast they give you is oriented toward beer brewers. They do have some instructions on their website, but even still they aren't entirely easy to follow, especially vis-a-vis the materials they send you. There isn't a step by step guide using the kit they send you on how to make a cider, more just high level directions. If you know your way around cider, you will be fine, but if you are a complete novice like me, I would recommend looking elswhere.

Capper works nice. Awesome customer service
On my second batch now. Just needed to add a carboy. Capper works nice. Awesome customer service! (Called them yesterday for advice on his to make a particular style of cider.) I will definitely order from Midwest Supplies again.

Missing spigot
Can't review the bucket because the spigot was missing from the kit. I bought a bucket with a hole in it. Try fermenting cider in that! Waste of money.
