Note- photos of watch while not on my wrist show the watch with protective film cover.Very well packaged having the watch and customer in mind. Comes with a small 3 page booklet with few words but lead to a wealth of knowledge to include the Citizen App, registration, warranty, instructions, care, etc. The watch itself has a reassuring feel of attention to detail and quality. Fits well where you know it’s there but nowhere being the slightest bit uncomfortable. Some watches if I don’t wear them tight, the watch drifts slightly towards the outer portion of my wrist. Not this one. Sits centered and not too tight. As you can see in the outdoor pics, the watch produces a pleasant sunburst effect as others mentioned. The crown placement is easy to access and does not pinch my wrist. Some edges look sharp but are smooth to the touch with zero hotspots. The two watch band retainers do shift ever so slightly which is to be expected. They can easily slide to your preference where they stay for hours. Setting the time and date is smooth per easy instructions. Band is not too thick, too thin or too wide and is paired very well with the watch itself. I’ve never felt a material for a band this subtle. The hands & number colors are easy to read. Luminosity is spot on. I knew coming in to this that the date window would be small but that is a zero issue for me. This is my first Citizen and my homework paid off. Citizen won me over as I consider this to be perfection within my price range. Highly recommend!

Looks good. Durable and high-quality materials

One thing that I have loved about collecting watches over the years, is the design & the appeal each watch carries in value. For years, I have collected over 2 dozen watches from brands like Invicta & Seiko. But one of the first watches I have ever owned was a solar U.S. Open collectors watch from Citizen Eco-Drive. It is a watch that was inexpensive when I bought it at Macy's, but had a lot of simplistic character to it. I still own that watch& wear it occasionally. But I had to replace a Timex watch that died that I stopped wearing with time. That was when I got this watch on sale. This Citizen Eco-Drive from the Weekender Collection has a soft strap & can be very easy to setup. I would've liked the crown to be located at the 3 o' clock position rather than the near the 12 position. It has good illumination & fairly good water resistance. It is a nice watch to own that works very well & a good beginners watch for anyone that never owned a Solar watch before. I sincerely suggest you check this watch out.Price: BSetup & Comfort: B-Overall: B 1/2-

El reloj esta muy bonito casi perfecto , ya tengo unos dias usandolo e notado que es muy fuerte el reflejo cuando boy manejando parece que traigo una lampara en la mano , otro detailed que mire es que por la parte de abajo esta algo filoso creo que asta puedes llegar a cortarte, lastima de esos detalles torque el reloj esta muy bonito.

I love just about everything this watch has, except for the band and where the crown is.The crown constantly rubs my wrist bone and it’s uncomfortable and annoying.The band slides more often than I would like it to, and I’m always adjusting the loops to keep the band flush.It’s a good looking watch, the numbers are big and bold. The hands can be seen easily.I wanted to love this watch and wear it as my everyday watch, I doubt that will happen due to the crown and band.

Bought this watch for work and I wanted something simple yet clean looking with no complicated setting or chronograph. This is perfect! Simple and very beautiful! It’s definitely worth it!

This Citizen is a great looking watch that combines sportiness with an easy to read face. The price is also unbeatable. My wrist is 6.5 in (165 mm) and this watch fits well despite its case being over 41mm. The lugs are well positioned and the soft rubber strap stretches nicely offering a secure fit.The hands are beautiful and are well aligned with the numbers and minute indices. The face has a bit of a sunburst affect resulting in a radiance compliments the fixed bezel. The numbers appear to be painted but are raised, so they seem like they're applied. Only two minor quibbles: The crystal is nice, but domed sapphire would be better (obviously) and the date window is a little small. This watch still earns 5 stars from me.
