Bought it to help me fall asleep. Works well. Very relaxing

This is good to help with sleep. I was instructed to use it for my chronic insomnia. BE CAREFUL HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN YOU CONSUME IT. I CURRENTLY HAVE POTASSIUM OVERDOSE AND FEEL ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I was drinking it everyday at bedtime for almost a week. It's got a LOT of good vitamins and stuff and shouldn't be taken lightly. This goes for all banana teas.

I love this! I am on alternate day fasts and needs potassium and magnesium to sleep better. Because I'm on keto, I cannot eat bananas. Buying bananas and only use it for the peel would leave me with insane amount of banana flesh which I cannot have.This products works perfectly! It is not sweet, does not break my fast, has a hint of banana, and provides all the nutrients for good sleep! It's a very pleasant herbal tea for anyone to enjoy as well.

I did. Not like the taste

This tea has a very light taste. It's not bitter, closer to the sweeter side. I really didn't think it would help relax me and help me fall asleep, but it did. I tried it a few times and it worked every time.
