This is the second one of these I’ve bought, the first one still works just wanted to not have to switch between TVs. This is fantastic, it makes it so much easier and cleaner looking. I also use it when using our projector outside as it makes it so we have one less thing that needs an outlet. Highly recommend if you are getting a fire stick to get this as well.

Works great , i bought this because I was wanting to save money on electric, and felt I had too many things plugged into the wall sockets in my house, the second benefit is that there's one less wire hang down from behind my TV, all in all this item is exactly as described and performs well, I would recommend.

Nice choice and no extra outlet needed

This device is great! It frees up the need for a power outlet dedicated to the Fire TV Stick and eliminates a longer cord hanging behind the television. It's perfect for where I am staying as outlets are sparce.The adapter actually works in a better manner than I thought it would-- I falsely assumed that the TV would have to be powered on first to supply energy, then one could navigate over to the applications, but in fact you can directly open straight to the applications. Neat!The reason for the 4/5 stars is that using the device does seem to cause *some* performance issues. When opening the home page using the adapter, a number of the application icons don't show up and the previews don't work or take a long time to load. I directly attribute this to using the device as when I remove it and plug the Fire TV Stick as designed, these issues don't occur, and they come back again when I switch back to the adapter. However, these issues only seem to affect the home screen and navigation as there are no hiccups once watching content.

Just switched to Amazon Firestick for my tv. This adapter works perfectly. A few less cords to deal with. Always happy with that! Was easy to connect. Great picture quality!

I was happy to find this since plugging the TV stick straight into USB doesn't provide enough power. Zero complaints on an LG Smart TV

This thing is great. It allows you to use your USB to power your fire stick like the good old days before 4K TVs needed such a strong power source. All you do is plug this in to the power slot on the stick, plug it into the USB and you have power to your fire stick. You would think Amazon would provide one of these for free but for $13 I bought three more for every fire stick in the house and I plan on buying a few more for the kids

Didn't work for what I wanted. Had to buy adjusting parts for tv. Than it wasn't what I needed.
