I am single and onions became expensive and being alone I need to buy only a couple fresh onions now for sandwiches. I learned when I cook to use these dried onions, the flavor is great and I do not waste my money to trow fresh onion out which I did not use. I recommend highly, you have no waste

i liked the smell and taste of these on grilled hotdogs, it reminded of the county fair in manchester tennessee of onions being grilled and big fans blowing the smell down the midway when i was 7 or 8 years old it is funny how your olfactory nerves and brain can work together to bring back fond memories 67 years ago these onions reminded me of that, and the smell of saddle leather and horse sweat because thats how we got to the fair, on horses, my how things have changed, now electric cars??? naw i liked my horses to much! OH THE ONIONS ARE GREAT!!!!!

I adore onions and we go through bags of them. I knew when I began my prepper pantry I would want to have plenty of these on hand; this is one of the few things I purchase for my long-term storage that I actually dip into, and these are delicious. I don't even bother hydrating if I'm adding to a soup or stew. They simply go into the broth and hydrate there; this method intensifies the flavor and removes a step. These are a fantastic buy.

I truly cannot believe how well these onions reconstitute. Excellent product. This is a timesaver money saver and great way to capture all the nutrients in the vegetable while preserving it at the same time.
