Perfect fit with my Q111 tripod for my Nikon D500.

After finding package on our neighbors porch, all is well.

It does what it's supposed to do. I like the screw handle. It's a little larger to make it easier to screw onto your camera, binoculars, etc.

It was an exact fit.

My ignorance in tripods has been revealed. I thought the size for these quick release tripod heads were all standardized but was surprised to find that they are not. I have 3 different tripods and this plate kind of fits only one of them. This plate feels solid, the plastic surfaces feel smooth enough to not cause cuts to your skin when handling but firm enough to have a good grip when installed into the tripod. The 1/4" x 20 mounting screw fits in any standard photography equipment you may use and the plastic handle underneath is smooth and comfortable to use. I would have preferred the handle to be a metal material for longevity but will have to see how long it lasts. The plastic tab for video equipment is spring loaded and will help keep your footage stable when moving the tripod head around. I have found that carrying a number of these plates attached to your different cameras/devices helps with quick changes for varying conditions. The $7.99 price is a little high but if you can find this at a discount and the measurements fit in your tripod, I can recommend purchasing this plate.
