Install was simple and easy ! Programming the fob and access cards was simple. Then I needed an exit sensor and email tech support and they sent me a link and how to install it. Will buy again !!

We installed this product at our neighborhood pool. Great product. It was easy to install and configure. I connected this to the network controller by the same seller to use it with the overall gate control. Seller gave great support. We will be buying more of these to connect to our system! If you are in the market for a DIY system, don't be scared. It all went smooth!

Bought this product as a contractor for a business. The box came with no instructions on installation. Finally found instructions online. Followed them and the door wouldn’t release the magnet. The pad even flashed green. Spent hours troubleshooting. Tried to reach out to support and nothing. I am sending the product back. We bought a Schlage system instead. More expensive but easy installation and actually works. Don’t cut corners. This thing is 200 dollars of junk!

The instructions are crystal clear. In fact, they are fool proof, if followed exactly. I initially had a problem where I wrapped the unused wire in electrical tape. But the wires shouldn't have been cut smooth so they didn't contact each other. Tech support sent me the solution quickly, in just a few hours. The best part of this is the pre-programmed cards, making it a snap to add and remove new key fobs in 5 seconds, with no codes to type in. This is a great kit with great support.

No printed manual with kit, and web site never showed a schematic.

We installed the product as an access device in one of our apartment buildings. We also tried other similar productsl. This was by far the best. It is realtively easy to install and easy to use. In particular the adding and removing of tokens or cards is simple and safe. We had some additional questions regarding a set-up with several acces points and contected their customer service. Not only did they respond within a day but provided for detauiled schematics and drawings. A quality product. Very impressive.

The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy. Features worked well. But failed 2 years later. Video shows that vibration (banging) near the keypad allowed the lock to release. Guess we need to try another brand.

It works very well. It was easy to set up and the performance of the software was flawless.The throughput design shows a good idea was followed by assembling an efficient product.I enjoyed working with this system and it was easy for me to explain toe process to the next employee.Well done and I look forward about hearing of your future products.
