product is good.Heard the Amazon delivery person throw the package in the porch and i ran to pick to pick the package up. Need better packaging and also better service from Amazon for sure

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. When it showed up, the metal tin box had greasy dirt smearing it. And the watch itself had obviously been used.I’ve see other fossil watch reviews also say the same thing. That they received used products. So I decided to also mention this, because Fossil needs to do better by their customers.

The second hand fell off and it was pretty damaged on arrival
