Great device! Excellent customer service.
The customer service is out of this world. I had a faulty device and they were very quick on replacing it with a new one. The device itself performs great and does exactly what I need it too.

Pen Plotter Fun
The media could not be loaded. I really love this thing. I’m still learning how to use it but so far everything is working great. The provided USB thumb drive has video tutorials on how to set up the pen plotter and I was able to follow along with no previous experience. The software it uses is called Inkscape it’s an open source vector graphics editor so there’s plenty of tutorials online to achieve more precise results.

Support is awesome. Machine is awesome! Need some Inkscape skillz but you can ChatGPT the help!Be patient during set up , hit up the support guy if you need anything and then you will be ecstatic! This is sweet!!

Awesome machine
So far the A4 has run flawless. It feels super sturdy and I have have no real issues. Any configuration help has been addressed by the vendor immediately. The customer support is top notch. Each time I reached out, I was helped very fast.
