A nice addition to salads, soups, and a nibble with cocktails.
How to cook them? There were no instructions on the jar. I obtained the instructions by computer. These were nice size and attractive when cooked. Taste depends on seasoning so they are very adaptable..

These are dry like potato chips, not like what I was used to when I lived in the Middle East.

Not edible right out of the container
I bought these (which are unreturnable) bc they are food. I didn’t realize these weren’t cooked and salt roasted garbanzo beans. I have previously bought bags of similar advertised items, and they are already cooked and salted.I guess I’m going to have to soak these and then bake them and salt them.BEWARE! Read everything before hitting Add To Cart.
