The belt says it is for 89 - 130cm (35 - 51in) waist in the vine description when I requested it. I was sent a small which is 89 cm/35 in long. It fits, just barely a medium would have been much more comfortable. Still I was able to get it closed and use it pretty comfortably while working out. I have a 30/31 inch waist but you have to take into account this will not only be at the smallest part of your waist but will also be partly on hips and rib area. So I would have been much more comfortable in 40 in waist.The belt is 7.8 inches wide and on me that covers part of my hip, my main torso and the bottom part of my ribs. The belt is easy to get on with the Velcro that keeps it firmly in place and once you are done with using it then you can easily tear it off.When working out my movement was only hindered slightly like when wearing a weight belt. I did had a lot of condensation on the area that was covered and it seemed to help with increasing the body temperature in that area. I don't know if I sweat more or if it is just keeping all the sweat from evaporating or a combination of those two things but there was a noticeable different in the amount of sweat present on my body after the workout.Overall it seems good in at least helping your body to sweat more during exercise or other activities.

I have waist trained and did postpartum binding after my twins, and have years of binder experience. I never used any exercise binder, quite like this one. It brings on the heat, and I’m trying to burn off inches and a couple lbs. I know that scientifically speaking, this should be effective with that. I think my middle will reap the rewards & elsewhere, TOO!The quality isn’t astounding, but it’s worth the price tag. This isn’t a $60 item. For the money, I feel this is well worth it, and I feel and I see the sweat & know that it’s effective & it’s not some torture device, or shimmy into garment. The design is really an appealing one to me. It’s fast, it’s easy, it works 🔥!I really like it. I think it WILL help me reach my figure goals over more time, especially at the waistline. Burn baby burn. Normally, I’d reserve a full star for results over time, but the product design makes sense & I feel the effects, so it WILL provide long-term results/ help, scientifically speaking, practically speaking, experience speaking.. from what I see, thus far. Very poor quality.

This is not a waist trainer and it claims to provide heat to the belly area. First of all, my waist is 31 inches and this is not supporting my tummy at all and does not cover the entire midsection. If it is like a sauna experience then I should have felt sweat in my stomach while wearing it all day long.

It's a nicely built waist trainer, sweat maker. I use it with all my workouts. I have a 29" waist and the small was almost to big. It doesn't cover as much waist/ab surface area as I'd hoped it would though. I have owned several waist trainers and of all of them, this is built the nicest, but not very wide. Thankfully, I have a shorter waist than most people, so I can make it work for me. If you have a long waist, this may not cover as much as you need. It definately works in the sweat department. It provides a lot of extra heat & sweat to the waist area. It's easy to work out in, and it's very easy to put on. It doesn't roll up and the velcro closure strap appears to be very strong, so no slippage while using. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the size of the belt being a bit too narrow for my liking.

This belt is just a simple support belt that gives enough support to complete a basic everyday workout. It does not give any sweat effect as described. I have sweat belt from other brands and they do make my ab area sweat but this one didn't. Velcro grip is good.

I bought this due to my chronic 'coldness." It does keep me warm. As for wearing it in a sauna, I cannot attest, but since it's very warm, i would say, sure.
