Lavazza A Modo Mio Espresso Dek Cremoso Coffee Capsules, 16-Count, 120 g

I've tried all the main brand De Caff pods. Most of which taste weak or indeed like dishwater (George Clooney brand) Lavazza De Caff looks like coffee, tastes like coffee with a real coffee flavour and is by far the best de caff pod coffee I have had. Obviously these pods only work in Lavazza machines, so If you too are unimpressed with your current de caff pods, find a store that will let you try a Lavazza de caff (like John Lewis) and see for yourself. You might then want to convert from your existing machine

Lavazza, well.. that has to be good. It has body, doesn't taste like decaf, it feels like having a real espresso in a cafe in Italy. It is expensive, I bought it on offer so that was good value for money for me. Not sure I'd buy it again at full price because it's really quite expensive, but if it's on offer by all means don't waste time buying the compatible pods cause they're 2p cheaper.. this is the real deal

Great coffee which one would expect from Lavazza. However you do have to put up with the Modo Mio coffee machines which are not as popular or as good as the Nescaffe ones which limit your choices. I bought these because where I work in Baku, there are a lot of Italians and Lavazza seem to have made inroads there. But back in Blighty you would be better of going for one of the more popular brands. Anyway, the coffee is well balanced, gives a nice creme and is smooth to drink. Very much like any high end brand really.

Have been using Lavazza now for many years, albeit the Crema Gusto pods. Had to get these for my friend who can only drink Decaf. Well, I was gobsmacked with these pods. Not only did I enjoy the delicious smell whilst waiting for the coffee, but the taste was absolutely GREAT. I will now stay on these pods. I had a heart problem 2 years ago & was advised to drink coffee - sparingly. BUT - these Decaf pods have changed all that & I now enjoy coffee anytime. So, why not try them, you'll really enjoy it & you will be hard pressed to tell the difference & for anyone who is not allowed to drink caffeine, then you're in for a treat. This is the very first time I have found a coffee that smells GREAT & tastes as good as it smells. Um, coffee time, I think !!

Mmmmm these really hit the spot 😋 Great flavour. Way too expensive on Amazon tho. Cheaper on lavazza’s own site or the supermarket!

Whilst the coffee itself is the usual great quality, be wary that the reason these are cheaper is that they are NOT the newer, compostable eco caps. The picture also shows that they are the ones with the CO2 neutral flash in the top right corner, which is not true. The reason I chose the Lavazza machine over the others was the ease of recycling the pods straight into domestic food waste.

It sounds like an oxymoron but, it is a truly strong coffee that tastes like a proper Italian coffee.
