Dishwasher results.
The non smooth finish is superb in the dishwasher that uses enzymes. I feel that these guys work with Miele directly or indirectly so if you are looking for set that utilizes the dishwasher (Miele) to the maximum. This is the set to go with. The dimensions are right so the sprays hit the dishes properly.

Got returned items
I got returned items…all thress boxes were previosly opened and retaped. I chose “Buy New” option, not the save and used. I didn’t replace them as it was my husband’s christmas gift for me and I didn’t wanna ruin his feeling. Items inside were okay but didn’t feel good to know that I got stuff that someone already returned.

Beautiful plates and bowls. Sketchy shipment.
Ordered an open box set. Got 4/12 dishes. Returned, ordered new next time…. But got a used, already open box. Shoddy taping over the original tape. Why did they do this? To squeeze more money?I love the plates and bowls. They had obviously been messed with and had marks, but after running them through the wash they looked mostly new.They can go in the microwave, but they retain heat well, so be sure to let it sit for a minute or so before taking it out. Not a problem!Really love this brand, I won’t let their shady shipping, or selling me a used set as new, dampen my pleasure.
