This is a VERY nice bench! It was surprisingly sturdy and well assembled/built. It was very well packaged and no damage to the product upon delivery. The first thing I noticed was the color. It was a bit more on the whitish side than I was expecting. Depending on your paint color, it could look washed out.As for the baskets, they are nice. They aren’t rigid like a wicker basket you would get at Target. They have a bit of flex to them but I like this… looks like it was handmade by some faire market seller.The cushion is removable. It looks really plain though so, as another review suggested, I will be recovering it with something more vibrant. Since this will be used as a reading bench in my daughter’s room, I’m considering adding some padding to the cushion for long-term sitting.Overall, worth every penny, especially since it was preassembled.

I really like this bench with the wicker baskets. I had read reviews that said it arrived damaged but mine was packed in a box and then in a bigger box with foam all around the smaller box. There were some dents in the outer box but they did not impact the furniture. There are two negatives. One is that they do not offer replacement cushions for the top and I have cats and I'm concerned that I may need to replace the top cushion. Two is that one of the wicker baskets looks like it might be starting to unravel around the handle but I plan to stick some glue on that. Overall very pleased.

The quality of the wood and assembly is good but the color not even close to what we have ordered-wintage white. It looks like it was brown originally and later it was painted light white. It looks like it is covered with dust in the corners. Other than that it is goodquality product

I was excited to order this already assembled piece. The bench itself seems great. Only complaint is that I ordered the distressed white and it seems more creamy than pictured. The bench arrived dirty which is fixable. It is the baskets that are the main issue. They are filthy and cleaning them thoroughly doesn't seem possible. There is black soot and potentially mold all over them. I was going to use in a nursery area, and that is not happening at this point. I have messaged the company and am waiting for a response. I will update and hopefully change my rating to a higher one once a response from the company is received.If they are willing to replace or offer reimbursement so the baskets can be replaced that would be helpful. Otherwise I may have to return the entire piece.

I was so excited to find this bench that was the perfect size to fit the space I have in my entryway. However, when the item arrived it was in terrible condition. There were cracks and chips in the wood, the item was covered in dust and debris, and it looked like the baskets had mold in them. The outer box was in good shape, but the bench itself was not. Very disappointing! It looks like the bench could have been what I needed, but next time I will order from somewhere else.

This is a very nice bench. I live in a condo with a small entry and this size bench is perfect. The only thing I would change is the fabric on the cushion. It is very basic and the off white color does not look very good with the gray. Wish they offered a different color with the gray bench. The cushion is loose, though, so I plan to recover it in a different fabric.

This makes for a great entryway bench. I use one tub for shoes and the other for my bike commuter gear. The tubs are sufficiently large for my usage. They do catch slightly so I may try the felt idea another reviewer mentioned. I also don't love the cushion, but it's adequate enough that I won't replace it for the time being.

Really nice piece of furniture at a good price. (I priced similar products, and comparable items were much more expensive.) It's sturdy and looks just like the picture. I'm super happy with this purchase.
