Saw the reviews, decided to take the risk.Came in two packages. Second package was delayed but customer support ensured the second was coming. They were very communicative.Install was simple, took an hour tops to set it all together. Despite some reviews saying it was difficult, if your use to IKEA like instructions. This is no problem.Couch cushions are firm but not in a bad way, it’s still very cosy. The pull out bed makes this couch awesome. The fabric on the couch feels very nice in my opinion. For the price, this couch is most definitely worth it. Not sure on how the quality would be as time goes on, but so far I’m very satisfied with my purchase.I also enjoy the extra storage that comes in the long side of the couch.9.5/10

I’ve waited to do my review because I wanted to make a completely informed review and kind of touch on some of the other things that have been said in the other reviews.1. I think people leaving bad reviews are forgetting how little was spent on this couch. They’re reviewing a $500ish couch with the expectations for a $2000 couch. Idk. But when I sit on or look at my couch I think “dang! I only spent about $500 on this thing!”2. The directions are not as easy as they /could/ be. And I think just because it didn’t really have any explanations only pictures, BUT I did not struggle putting it together. I took my time and thought it turned out great! I was missing one screw from the packaging and a couch cushion had a cut in it from what appeared to be a shipping issue. I reached out to the seller who sent me brand new cushions and the missing screws free of charge!!3. I really love that I was able to flip the chaise sides! (Pictured) I saw a review that said they weren’t able to slide the connectors together and after some trial and error I was able to determine that, though they look the same, they are specifically made for a certain side so they don’t all slide into each other! You have to find the two that fit together and attach them opposite for that perfect fit.4. I think as far as comfort goes, it’s definitely not the most comfortable couch/pull out I’ve ever laid or sat on. But for the price I think it’s definitely on par!5. I love how responsive the seller was. I had a shipping issue and they were able to correct the issue for me on their end and when some confusion happened, they kept me updated and didn’t leave me wondering what was going on (FedEx did though! Lol)6. It is easy to clean, removable couch cushions, I run the vacuum over it and it looks good. I love the storage under the chaise, and the pockets. It’s just a good couch, great even when keeping the price in mind.I say do it. It’s not your forever couch. It’s a starter couch or an “upstairs” couch or whatever but I think it’s definitely worth it!

So this item (sofa sleeper) just arrived today. It arrived in two boxes with many parts. The instruction manual has lots of photos which makes absolutely no sense to me. Assembly is going to be a nightmare and to top it all off, these guys just left it at the door, no knocking, no text or anything to say it has arrived. UPDATE: So, at first I was clueless as to how to assemble this but thankgod I have a cousin who was able to walk me through each step. This is after at least three person to help but every one of them declined. so, it took me three days to fit but together but it was all worth it. I have been sleeping on the every night since and I must say it has held up nicely. It is extremely comfortable. I use a double bed cover to preserve cleanliness and also a sheet. Why three stars, it came a little nick on the back and no clear English instructions on the manual. Unless you are someone who has done this before you won't be able to figure it out. So to help you all: each piece comes with an alphabetic label A, B,C. and the screws also are labeled, L means left side and R means right side. Some screws were difficult to tighten if it did at all, had to improvise. Overall, I'm pleased. The long side does hitch a little to pull out without falling into place when you sit on it. But overall pleased with the buy. It's very comfortable to use as a bed. I'm 5'6" tall and it's a little taller than me when lying down. definitely wont be comfortable for someone 5'10" - 5' 11" tall.

Great color easy to put together and use totally comfortable. This was absolutely worth it!! I think it’s sturdy too the only thing I don’t like well concerns me is when I pull out the bed the pull out part seems weak. Still with that said I love it and would buy it again.

For the most part as someone who can’t build. It wasn’t too bad to put together. Where it gets difficult is the springs for the storage part. The pictures aren’t helpful and there are no words. I spent FOREVER trying to figure it out. Recommend having one other person building one part while you build the other to save time. One of the armrests does not go in. I don’t know if it’s a defect or me. Quick shipping. The package comes with holes and not put together well. Some parts were supposed to be vacuum sealed and weren’t. Please be AWARE!!! This item looks bigger in pictures. It’s smaller and lower to the ground. Best for those are below 6 ft in my opinion. You definitely need an extra chair or two or even another small couch depending on your space.

I don’t know why this product has bad reviews. It’s perfectly good and not that difficult to build. It’s also quite comfortable, overall a great couch.
