It seems any review of shuttlecocks should include flight (trajectory, rotation), durability, and consistency. Excellent durability means you'll save money buying replacements. I'm happy with the value of this purchase, but I don't have expert knowledge on all these categories. I'm impressed with the trajectory and rotation. With all the feathers, you get tremendous spin with every hit which translates into smooth flight. This really isn't possible with plastic shuttlecocks. I haven't been playing with a court and net, so I can't judge precise consistency. In researching durability, I discovered the idea of putting a sponge in the back of the tube to add moisture. Recently I'm doing this plus a drop of Dettol to prevent odors in the sponge. Yesterday I felt this increased durability. My wife and I have been playing for 30-minute periods indoors. During 6 of these 30-minute blocks, a new shuttlecock was used each time. Two of the 6 shuttlecocks lost a feather. I'm hoping the added moisture will help. I was told 2 broken feathers is the end of a shuttlecock, but my wife is happy to go to 3 broken feathers. Playing every other day, it will be some time before we use up these shuttlecocks.

The waist band piece is sized well and the secondary support piece is great for adding an extra bit of support.The thigh band's seemed oversized but are easy to put on. I don't use the straps that connect the thigh band to the waist band, it's a bit of an annoyance to insert the strap into the buckle and I find that I don't need it connected. They stay put nicely.The arm bands are the opposite, they are a bit too small and just barely fit. They are awkward to put on by yourself.Suggestion to manufacturer, if you made the arm bands a slip on sleeve with Velcro straps to tighten them, it would be helpful.

Overall it works. Slides down thighs. Not sure if getting one size up would fix this. I ordered 3x and thigh heavy.It will make you sweat. Arm bands can fit my big arms just fine. It will work for helping sweat down some inches. I just walked around house and it helped.Recommend for price and sweating. Just do 4x if your thighs are really big I needed one more inch. Will get there though.

I can definitely tell why someone said they could wear this to work. It’s very lightweight and does support the back well. I am absolutely in love with the arm straps and was nervous about whether they would fit as I have disproportionately large arms. There is not any boning which will allow for durability and longevity and makes it easier to work out in. The buckles were also easier to fasten than I assumed for the thigh straps.

Ordered plus size due to being a plus size girl. It’s a tad big. My waist is 44. I have not yet used the ones for my thighs. Not sure if it “lifts” my butt. Stretch is good. When using to the pink Velcro the top & bottom of the main trainer rolls. Next time will order a plain waist trainer.

I’m 5’7” and weigh somewhere between 150-160. I ordered the black, medium-large version of this 4in1 waist trainer and finally put it on together today. I’ve already completed my work out, but I imagine that’s what this is primarily supposed to be worn for and it seems like it would be good for that. It hits all the high target areas where fat likes to accumulate in the female physique— abdomen and love handles, thighs, arms. I’ll wear it around the house for a couple hours & see how I feel and what it does. But right now I’m really liking the support!

When I used this shuttlecock, the feathers remained intact for a good 4-6 days, so unlike the thin plastic shuttlecocks that lasted 1-2 days before being torn and ripped apart (we play a good 3-4 hours a day), this is better quality.My players and I enjoy using these shuttlecocks than the easy to tear thin and flimsy plastic options.
