Damaged product recived
I received the product I ordered, but I am extremely disappointed with its condition and performance.When I got the package, I noticed it had already been opened. Upon unpacking, I found that the area under the battery cover was damaged. Despite this, I attempted to use the machine, but it only makes noise and the needles move up and down without stitching or moving the cloth forward.This product is completely unusable and of very poor quality. I have used the same model before and was satisfied with its performance, but this item does not meet that standard at all.

Poor quality
Product was hard to use. You need to fix the thread all the time after stitching. The kit that was included came with broken parts. The seller used it for testing but did not check the other stuff if it was still ok. Good thing that it was cheap. But with that price you can get a full kit set with other sellers. This one came with 2 colors of threads only. The other sellers include more variety of threads. I should have checked more before buying this.
