This belt only lasted for one use. So why the 5 stars? Well, it wasn't the belt's fault. Most other belts wouldn't have made it that far. This was installed on a mower that had been sitting for 8 years. The deck spindles were greased and spun freely. The idlers spun freely. Until they heated up. One of the idlers had a bad bearing, and eventually the belt began slipping against it. The back side of the belt wore down to the point that it through the belt when I was almost finished mowing my acre lawn. The belt didn't burn through and it didn't break. I purchased this belt because it was cheap and since the mower hadn't been used in so many years I didn't know what else it would need until I mowed with it. This belt surpassed my expectations. I replaced it with an authentic oe belt simply because I had to get other things for it too and it was just easier to get everything on one order. But if the oe belt gives out I will purchase this belt again. I am very impressed with its strength and durability.

This fit perfectly. It's half the price of the John Deere part. My local dealer sold me the wrong size. My D110 takes a 104" belt. I work on various similar D110 and D140. It's best if you know your belt size. We can't even trust the John Deere part lookup system. Some are 107" others are 104". Once you know your belt size use a permanent marker and write the size under the hood!

The belt fits a touch loosely, but does not fall off. It is important to adjust the tensioner so that any slack is taken up when the deck is engaged.To those who have this or any other belt shred: It is an embarrassing mistake and more common than you'd think, but some people forget that there is a belt guide on the tensioning idler and if they don't run the belt under it, that belt will shred within a minute. Take off ALL guards, check the belt path, and turn it by hand to ensure a smooth operation BEFORE you start the mower! A belt that shreds or flips over when it is new is a sign of a bigger problem, and not necessarily the belt.Some have complained about the belt stretching. After 2 acres (some of it very thick and tall grass) I have noticed no stretching. If mine keeps working just fine for a long time, I might just come back and elevate to 5 stars.OBTW: This is made in India, not China.

Looked decent at beginning. It work well but not for long. Mower deck has new spindles and pulleys and everything is lined up. Yet after only 9 hours of mowing it was completely shredded! I went local and bought Johne Deere replacement.

Fits perfect and easy to install. Have only used about 15 minutes but if it breaks probably due to pulley problem or something else on a 18 year old John Deere riding mower. First time replacement on 18 year old mower.

I only got three runs out of this belt before it came apart at the seam. I bought the same belt at Tractor Supply and got the same result. It too came apart at the seam after 4 runs. There is nothing wrong with my mower deck

Belt has held up on the JD L110 and has positive contact with pulley when blades engaged with no issues so far after cutting 1 1/2 acres twice already.

Perfect fit works like a charm. John Deere E100. Why pay double. We'll see how long this lasts but initially it works there's no smell no sign of shredding nothing wonky at all. 👍Will update if it goes south. Some have said it lasted a few mows a month etc. We'll see. Stay tuned. 😉👍

Product came as described and had no issues. Same belts at the big box stores were basically same price for one belt. Installedon a John Deere D130 lawn tractor.
