Ok
This says flavor is lemonade. Taste nothing like it. But my work is very physical and this keeps me hydrated with out causing me bathroom break throughout my shift

No jitters, but no joke
I’ve been trying to find a good pre-workout that doesn’t have caffeine but still gives me that extra I need to really have a good workout and I this one fits the bill.I’ve tried almost every one out there and I haven’t found one better that came close to this price.The taste isn’t my favorite, a little sweet for my liking, but it’s doable and FAR from the worst. It gave he the boost I needed, helped with my pump, and it didn’t make me jittery or keep me up if I took in the evening.If you decide to try it just be prepared for for the tingles. I don’t know why, but the beta-alanine in this one hits me hard. As long as you’re expecting it your good, but it’s definitely not for those that are sensitive.

Great evening pre workout!
Great for evening workouts where you want some pump without the caffeine. It gives you the right energy for a hard workout but won't keep you up all night.

If flavor matters, look elsewhere
Feels like it works ok, but it tastes like someone brewed some old leaves inside the water that collected in an old tire swing.

Works, but tastes like pure garbage
Gritty, funky flavor. Seems to work okay. Don't know that I'd buy again unless I start to crave the white crunchy stuff that's always left at the bottom of my blender bottle after I finish this.

Pros:Enhanced Gym Performance: True to its claims, this supplement significantly boosted my performance during workouts.Cons:Unsuitable for Evening Workouts: Despite its name, I found the product unsuitable for evening use. Taking 0.5 scoops around 7 PM led to considerable sleep disturbances.Sleep Quality Impact: My Polar watch, which I trust as much as I trust network monitoring tools for performance insights, reported my Nightly Recharge as "Very Poor" after using this product.

I switched to caffeine free preworkout and this is one of the first ones I found. The flavor is amazing. Excited to drink every time and have great workouts.
