I really love them and I hate to give them anything but a five-star review but the parts that came were not cut right to fit everything in. It took my husband and me so long to get just one up that we were so frustrated by the time it came to put the second one up. They are really elegant looking but we ended up having to use parts from our old pendant lights that were previously hanging there to get them up. And the ceiling cover is not the same size as our standard electrical box so there is a terrible looking gap that now has to be filled in. The directions are useless so I suggest just throwing them in the trash! I will say that I am in the US so maybe the standard size is different from other countries. I know that these are from China so maybe that is why. I also had to order smaller bulbs than the standard bulb I have in my house. The globes are too small for a standard bulb. I still give it four stars because at the end of the day, when I walk into my kitchen and see them hanging, I love them!

Original review before I realized they sent me the 1 of 4 wrong items, I was sent one I'm guessing for the UK standards: You get what you pay for, the base just isn't the correct size for a standard box and now this is an additional project I'll need to complete just to install these lights. If this item was not so cheap, I would give it less stars but you absolutely get what you pay for here. The black cord should eventually straighten out (hopefully) but definitely you'll want to place the cord in the sun for 30 minutes before you install them so your cord isn't so ugly when you first put the lights up. The globe is nice but really is not my favorite hole opening size. I'd prefer a standard e26 light bulb but now I have to pick up special ones which I knew before purchasing but it's quite obnoxious although reasonable knowing how the real deal looks. Honestly, knowing what I know now, I would recommend buying a more expensive fixture if it's somewhere everyone coming to your house will see. The base doesn't look great. It's a decent rip off and good enough for my master bathroom since I needed 4 pendants and didn't want to spend half a grand. Would I put it in my kitchen over my peninsula, absolutely NOT. The base of the globe just really looks bad.New review- for the price, they're great. You really have to mess with them to get them all even in the direction you want them at but that's to be expected and definitely not a deal breaker for the stars I'm giving it. The base on the US ones covers a standard box so there you have it.
