Not only is this device uncomfortable, it does not stop snoring.

before I dive in deeply, let me just say this 100% works. I went from 6+ hours of recorded snoring a night to 0 snoring immediately.overall this took about 8-9 days to fully get used to wearing. initially I couldn't make it through the night, but now it's comfortable and the only downside is some jaw discomfort in the morning that goes away throughout the day.I've tried a couple other alternatives to this and fine that the profile of all of them is far too large (i'm 5'7) which prevents me from closing my lips at night which then leads to a lot of drooling and overall discomfort. This one has a much smaller profile which allows me to properly close my mouth.on the downside:1. it has incomplete and frankly dangerous instructions, it needs to be cooled in cold water four a couple seconds after removing it from the boiling water.2. after molding the plastic bumpers under the molar areas fused together and couldn't be separated. for me this doesn't matter as the smallest adjustment worked to fix my snoring.3. this may not be applicable to everyone, but for me I clench my teeth at night. the night guard seems to shift around slightly due to this, but doesn't occur with the stiffer more expensive options.

This product does help a great deal with my snoring problem but it also is not the most comfortable thing to have in my mouth all night. I have also noticed that my teeth and jaw still hurt after a week of use. I also have to wear a chin strap to keep my mouth from opening during the night considering this thing really fills my mouth. Think I may try to find something similar that is more comfortable.

The instructions didn't explain much how this works and how to use the adjustment function. Are lips supposed to be open while wearing this...etc.FYI. This might be only suitable for back sleepers, or

My husband snores quite a bit. I got this hoping to get a better night’s sleep. It doesn’t disappoint. Depending on how my husband is laying down sometimes I can still hear him but overall it eliminates about 80% of the snoring.

The tray is adjustable for an over or underbite but not for a narrow mouth. Causes jaw pain that lasts all day.

It seems my problem is worst than I thought! I have sleep apnea and snore a lot.I pushed this bad boy to the limit! I went to a concert last night, have a bunch of beers and smoke a few cigarettes, the worst combination for someone who has bad snoring! My wife told me still went out of breath and threw a couple of loud snores like trying to get breath back but in general, she told me she didn't hear much! So I think that just because of the fact that it made it better even with the bad combination of a death metal concert, and my serious apnea problem, and still made my bad snoring better, this is definitely a great product!!!
