Excellent product, only down side is that of you don’t fill it all the way up when using hot beverages it cools off quicker than the smaller units

We bought 3 of this 5 weeks ago and all 3 of them leaks around the nozzle. I just ordered more nozzles a replace them and I hope that it solves too problem. We spent a lot of money on there products and it’s a shame they didn’t make a better nozzle that don’t leak.

First off, I dropped this bad boy. TWICE! Once empty and once full. These were not "oops, no big deal" drops. They fell from the torso down. Nothing happened to them. No broken spouts, lid stayed fixed, no explosions. It was GREAT.Secondly, this bad mama jama kept 5gls of hot chocolate steaming hot from 330am to 1430. 11 hours of it being sealed and there was a minor heat decline. I am beyond impressed with that.Lastly, I thought I broke the dumb faucet 10 Seconds after I opened the box up. At the faucet there are 2 twists that connect to the faucet and to the container. I twisted the container connection and it snapped. For sure I thought I made a grave mistake. Nope! All was aces. It's supposed to detach evidently.I lied. One more statement - the weight of this item was tolerable when filled. The size of the 5gl container item makes it awkward to carry (also why I dropped it).I used this for my bakeries farmers market tent for the last minute Christmas market. Whoch was outdoors.. Worked Great.10/10 would buy again

The provided labels are USELESS. They have ZERO adhesiveness (though they are supposed to stick). They literally, instantly fall off. We even cleaned the outside area provided for the stickers with alcohol and still no stick-ability.

Well made, sturdy, easy to clean. Keeps beverages hot or cold very well.

Good solid product, except the dispenser nozzle which seems to attach/screw on weird so it doesn’t always catch right and takes multiple tries. It seems like it’s the wrong fit or the build was just odd. It keeps temp perfectly though and when the nozzle does screw on correctly everything works great

It does keep the water hot enough. Steam was rising after 6+ hours. It has a chemical smell but not taste. I think it's because it is new but still. I used the gasket seal as instructed and did not overfill but if it tips over, it will start to leak. Since i did not fill it to the top, I had no problems except when I put it in the car and had to tilt it, leaked everywhere. This probably can't hold as much water as advertised because you can't fill it up to near to top or it becomes dangerous. So, overall it's functional but there are some serious flaws.

I'm a landscape contractor with a four-door Ram 4500 dump truck. This cooler fits perfectly on the floor in the backseat. If any of the crew needs water they just open up the backseat door and have access to the cold water all day long. Muddy gloved hands are not a problem to cleanly dispense the water without pushing any small buttons or taking your gloves off. We always keep it in the passenger side back seat so you don't have to be in the street to take a water break but safely on the curb. It sure beats the round coolers that often shift or roll around when traveling. The best part is the way the lever can lock open so the cooler pours water out which is great for a nice quick hand wash or just a splash of cold water on your head on a hot, hot day.

Works great keeps stuff at temperature for a good amount of time

Love it - huge seal around the rim, keeps the tea nice and cold all day.Another vendor told me she freezes the tea the day before, rather than making a concentrate and adding ice. That way it doesn't change the taste at all. Worked great!Our only issue is that the nozzle is to low for the 16oz cups used for Ice teas, so we have to sit in on a 12" board (fits between the feet) to give it the needed height.

It’s very handy but does not stay hot as long as a Cambro. Still good value though

This is an excellent beverage dispenser. Keeps hot beverages hot for a long time. The spout is great - just a little bit of dripping after a pour, but that is to be expected. Very easy to clean and very lightweight.

I might have received a faulty unit, but mine leaks quite significantly during transport. It appears like the rubber seal at the top doesn't fully seal, or like the opening is slightly wider than it should be. I have to leave more than 5 inches of headspace to prevent large amount of liquid sloshing out the sides.It does retain heat very well regardless. Liquid is still hot over 10 hours after. Easy to clean. Pours really well. Like the colour I chose.
