Q: Where can I get just the 6 ft extension pole I tried Amazon they don't have it

Q: The black slide lock is broken. I don't want to send the whole thing back. Can I just get the slide locks somewhere?

Dear Billie: This is exactly the design flaw that I noticed when I purchased this item. You might try to locate a slide lock at a local hardware store, but I doubt if you can find something to fit properly. You could also contact the seller directly and see if they have replacement slide locks that they could send you. I doubt this tool has any kind of warranty. Good luck!

Q: Ok! how are the pads installed? thanks for your time

The blade cleaner has a holder and it opens to install the pads. Inside the holder has Velcro strips to hold the pads securely. Very easy to use. The pads are easy to wash , use cold water and hang to dry.

Q: Does anyone know where i can order this product with the 6 foot extension handle & flexible duster?

I purchased the three-foot extension handle & flexible duster set on Amazon. You may not need the six-foot extension handle, as the end of the handle unscrews off and then you can screw in a broom handle which gives you the three-foot extension plus whatever broom handle you are using. I found this to be an awesome surprise feature especially since the flexible duster can do the same thing.
